Previous Workshops
The series of Fall workshops in Computational Geometry were started at Stony Brook in 1991. An
established annual meeting venue for East Coast computational geometers (with a stint on the West Coast
in 2003), the workshops are attracting participants from all over the USA and abroad.
Originally, the workshops were
funded by the Mathematical Sciences Institute (MSI), through the Army Center for the Mathematics of
Nonlinear Systems at Stony Brook. Later they received funding through the Center for Geometric Computing at Johns Hopkins, DIMACS, MSRI and,
more recently, NSF.
