I just rebuilt the model. Bar EF actually misses vertex B completely in the 3-space. 
We can build the model by adding bar EF as the last link: 
(1) construct the 3/4-tangle and extend link yz;
(2) make jag-loop at vertex z by adding bars Hz and HG;
(3) add bar GF; Notice that va (vs vb) is almost parallel to yz (vs yx),
(4) the last bar EF is to connect two points E and F in the 3-space 
    (may use certain flexibility on length of bar DE).
